   Hi-Desert Water District (HDWD) is accepting reports on water waste use. Violators will receive written notices before being issued a fine. HDWD firmly believes that our customers can continue to be leaders in the conservation effort.
   
   To ensure a successful report, HDWD is accepting supporting photos via email. When emailing a photo, please include the address and date/time of water waste. Thank You.
