Customer Care

Hi-Desert Water District provides water service to the Town of Yucca Valley, parts of Yucca Mesa and a small part of Joshua Tree.  To view a map of our service area click here. We also provide sewer and wastewater treatment services to parts of the Town of Yucca Valley. Contact us for property specific information related to water and sewer service.  You can reach us during business hours Monday-Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except holidays, by calling 760.365.8333 or emailing info@hdwd.com. After-hours calls go to an answering service, and emergency calls will be dispatched to an on-call employee.  

Water service is billed monthly and is payable upon receipt. Sewer service is billed monthly or annually depending on the type of service. If a bill is not received, the customer is responsible for contacting us and paying the amount owed on the account each month. Customers can access their account online at https://hidesert.merchanttransact.com/Login. 

We ask our customers to update their contact information as it changes. Please provide your current mailing address, email address, and phone numbers.
